Start your business online - Build Website


GOOGLE Malaysia is on track to rope in some 50,000 local small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to start their business online, after having signed 15,000 SMEs to go online under its Get Malaysian Business Online (GMBO) programme.
Google Malaysia communications and public affairs head Zeffri Yusof said most of the SMEs that went online under GMBO comprised consumer goods companies.
“Google is investing RM10mil this year to provide free advertising to generate more public awareness for GMBO,” he said at a one-day training session attended by 40 participants at Wawasan Open University.
“Penang is the fourth destination we have visited so far, after Kuala Lumpur, Sabah, and Sarawak, to provide training since GMBO was launched in November 2011.

“We urge more SMEs from the northern region to go online under the GMBO programme to take advantage of its free business tips and education, free online advertising and subsidised training.
“There is only a RM23 annual renewal fee to the domain owner, .My Domain Registry,” Zeffri said.
While there are 17.5 million Malaysian Internet users searching regularly for products and services, there are only slightly more than 100,000 out of the 700,000 SMEs operating in Malaysia today with an online presence.
“This means that they are invisible to two-thirds of the Malaysian population as well as the rest of the global market who are online.
“It is estimated that Malaysians spent RM1.8bil via online shopping in 2010, and the figure is expected to grow to RM5bil in 2014,” he said.
GMBO is an initiative between Google, Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission, .MY Domain Registry and ITrain.

“For those who need training, they have to indicate that when signing up at the website.
“ITrain, which is providing the training, will then contact them on the time and venue for the training, which should be monthly, depending on the number of participants involved,” he said.
Starting this month, Sajith Sivanandan, country manager for Google Malaysia, will be writing a fortnightly column in MetroBiz with advice for SMEs on growing their businesses with the help of the Internet.

Akaun Simpanan tidak lagi untuk menyimpan


Akaun Simpanan anda tidak lagi boleh digunakan untuk menyimpan apabila :-

1. mempunyai kad yang anda gunakan untuk mengeluarkan duit sentiasa. Apabila gunakan MEPS anda      akan dicaj sebanyak RM1

2. mempunyai akaun untuk membeli barang secara online serta membayar bil-bil yang tertunggak.

3. mempunyai aktiviti pengeluaran yang aktif apabila membayar topup telefon dan perbelanjaan.

4. Perlu membayar pinjaman-pinjaman yang anda buat.

5. Sentiasa mengunakan buku akaun tanpa had bila anda memerlukan duit.

Cadangan :-
 Pastikan anda membuka buku akaun yang tidak mempunyai kad dan kemudahan internet bagi mengurangkan penggunaan untuk perbelanjaan berbanding simpanan. Tetapkan tujuan simpanan jangkamasa panjang dan fikir dulu bila mengeluarkan wang simpanan. semoga berjaya...

TITIK PULANG MODAL

1. Analisis tentang perhubungan antara kos, volum (kuantiti jualan) dan untung bagi sesuatu aktiviti atau operasi pengeluaran sesebuah syarikat.
2. Penting bagi perniagaan dalam membuat perancangan dan kawalan kos supaya matlamat yang ditetapkan dapat dicapai.
3. Perubahan unit jualan dapat memberi kesan ke atas jumlah kos dan untung.
4. Beberapa andaian perlu dibuat dalam analisis ini iaitu;
a. Jumlah kos terdiri daripada kos tetap dan kos berubah.
b. Perubahandalam hasil dan kos hanya berlaku disebabkan perubahan dalam bilangan unit produk yang dijual.
c. Harga jualan seunit, kos berubah seunit dan kos tetap adalah malar.
d. Hanya sejenis produk dikeluarkan dan kesemuanya dijual.

Ø Satu tahap kuantiti pengeluaran apabila jumlah hasil jualan sama dengan jumlah kos.
Ø Volum pengeluran yang tidak memberi sebarang untung atau rugi. Untung adalah sifar.
Ø Jumlah hasil hanya cukup untuk menampung jumlah kos.
Jumlah Hasil Jualan – Jumlah Kos = 0
Jumlah Hasil Jualan = Jumlah Kos
Kegunaan Titik Pulang Modal
1. Menentukan tahap volum jualan yang perlu dikeluarkan bagi mengelak kerugian.
2. Mengetahui jumlah keuntungan atau kerugian pada tahap pengeluaran tertentu.
3. Merancang pengeluaran untuk memperoleh untung yang disasarkan.
4. Merancang pengeluaran dan jualan dengan mengkaji kesan ke atas titik pulang modal jika perubahan dibuat ke atas kos tetap, kos berubah seunit atau harga jualan seunit.
· merendahkan titik pulang modal dengan;
i. Meningkatkan harga jualan.
ii. Mengurangkan kos tetap.
iii. Mengurangkan kos berubah seunit.
Kaedah Menghitung Titik Pulang Modal
1. Kaedah Margin Sumbangan
· Margin caruman / margin sumbangan ialah perbezaan antara jumlah hasil jualan dengan jumlah kos berubah.
Margin Caruman = Jumlah Hasil Jualan – Jumlah Kos Berubah
· Margin caruman seunit ialah perbezaan antara hasil jualan seunit dengan kos berubah seunit.
Margin Caruman Seunit = Harga Jualan Seunit – Kos Berubah Seunit
· Rumus titik pulang modal;
Kos Tetap
TPM = --------------------------------
(dalam unit) Margin Caruman Seunit
Kos Tetap
TPM = -------------------------------- X Harga jualan seunit
(dalam RM) Margin Caruman Seunit
2. Kaedah Graf
· Graf titik pulang modal menunjukkan perhubungan antara kos, hasil dan untung/rugi bagi setiap tingkat pengeluaran atau jualan.
· Dilukis dengan menggunakan paksi mendatar dan paksi menegak.
· Paksi mendatar (paksi-x) mewakili bilangan unit keluaran/volum.
· Paksi menegak (paksi-y) mewakili jumlah hasil/jumlah jualan dan jumlah kos dalam unit ringgit.
· Titik Pulang Modal ialah titik persilangan antara garis jumlah kos dengan garis jumlah hasil.
Merancang Pengeluaran dengan Menggunakan Titik Pulang Modal
a. Kesan ke atas TPM jika;
i. Kos tetap berubah
· Kos tetap bertambah, TPM bertambah dan sebaliknya.
· TPM berubah secara langsung dengan kos tetap.
ii. Kos berubah seunit berubah
· Kos berubah seunit bertambah, margin caruman seunit akan berkurang dan TPM akan bertambah dan sebaliknya.
iii. Harga jualan seunit berubah
· Harga jualan seunit bertambah, margin caruman seunit akan bertambah dan TPM akan berkurang dan sebaliknya.
b. Menentukan kuantiti jualan bagi mencapai sasaran untung yang dikehendaki.
· Dengan menggunakan rumus;
